Community Outreaclh Worker Newham UNITY TRANSPORT THAM FOREST 18 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT £25000 PA We are seeking a people person with passion and enthusiasm for delivering high quality services to vulnerable people to join our team working on our Power to Change funded development project in Newham building on a good foundation to take the service to the next level. The Community Outreach Worker will work with people and organisations who could benefit from using transport through Newham Community Transport Services. You will be based in Newham and work collaboratively with voluntary and statutory sector partners, alongside colleagues in Waltham Forest, to design and deliver integrated, easily accessible community transport services within local communities in Newham.
